Get To Know Them!

Jared Petrassi, Kevin Schosek, and Lester Gale are 3 upcoming natural bodybuilders that comprise ‘The 3 Muscleteers.’  They all attend The College at Brockport in New York State, concentrating in Exercise Physiology.  Jared is the youngest.  Just a freshman in college right now while Lester and Kevin are both Juniors.  Their desire to succeed is unmatched and they will not quit until their goals are met.  That being said, their main goal is to earn professional status in a natural bodybuilding organization.

Jared Benjamin Petrassi

I’m 19years old and I guess you could call me the baby of the group. Im the youngest and smallest and I like to consider myself a real work horse in the gym. I got into bodybuilding running track in high school, they use to make us lift weights before or after practice, I liked the lifting more than track and got into Junior year of high school. Up unitll senior year I only trained abs arms and chest. Towards january of 2009 i began to hit legs pretty hard, And i consider myself a bodybuilder since then. I did 2 shows in the NPC in 2009, took first in both of them sort of my default because their were no other 17  year olds. I think thats fine because I thouhgt I came in very conditioned in the upper body and semii-full. I Competed in 2010 in the INBF NSSN where I took 3rd out of 6 in a very tough teen class, and 4th out of 5 in an even tougher novice middle class. I weighed 175lbs which was a 15 increase from 2009 , I also brought my best condition to date. I am planning on competing next March not surte which shows as of yet. My main goal is to become a natural pro in the WNBF and NGA before i’m 21. TRAIN HARD

Kevin ‘The Specimen’ Schosek

I am a 20 year old all-natural bodybuilder from East Aurora, New York..just outside of Buffalo. I began weightlifting in March of 2006 in order to put on some size to compete with bigger kids on my varsity lacrosse and soccer teams. I had hopes of playing either sport at a collegiate level, but soon found myself too caught up in lifting and decided sports would just get in the way. I first competed 2 years ago after a couple buddies of mine in college told me I should try to do a show. On April 13th, 2008 I placed 5th out of 5 competitors in the Open Lightweight class at the NPC Mr. Buffalo. Now I know this does not sound like the beginning of most great bodybuilders out there today…who all tend to have won their first show and always dominated, but it really just motivated me more. I came back a little over one year later and competed in the NPC Mr. Rochester on June 27th, 2009. I managed to take 2nd place out of 6 competitors in the Open Welterweight division, qualifying myself for national level competitions for one year. Now that I see what kind of improvements I am able to make in that amount of time, I have full intentions of competing for my WNBF Pro card in the Fall of 2010 as a middleweight.

Lester Gale

My name is Lester Gale and I am from Potsdam, NY.  I have been bodybuilding since early 2007.  I have been into working out and very athletic most of my life but then when I found out more about bodybuilding I was hooked.  My best friend Kevin (as you see above) taught me what the sport was all about.  He has been like a brother to me during the past 3 years as we trained and lived together.  With his guidance and motivation, I took 1st place Novice Heavyweight and Overall in my first show at the INBF Mr. Supernatural.  A week later I placed 2nd in the Junior Men’s division and 2nd place Open Lightheavyweight at the INBF Natural USA’s.  My other friend Jared, as you also see above, was an incoming freshman who was very serious about the sport.  He is only 18 years old . . . This kid has some serious potential.  Much bigger then I was at 18 . . . All three of us have hopes of becoming natural pro bodybuilders within a few short years.  We hope that our physiques and work ethic will inspire other people, our age especially, to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle.

Ironically, all the comments, nagging and questioning that is meant to break you down a little, does just the opposite. Every negative word reminds you of how special and uncommon your mechanical allegiance to training really is, in turn, pushing you harder. Let them call you obsessed, crazy or insane and watch you get stronger with every word. The only one who can slow you down is yourself. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, you are both an immovable object and an unstoppable force.
